Blacksmith Italian – not only do they have amazing food at this stellar Bozeman restaurant, it is run some truly terrific people!
Cory Dragone is the Executive Chef and Co-owner and he is one hell of cook!
Steve Dragone – Cory’s Dad, is the other Co-owner at Blacksmith Italian, and this incredible restaurant came into existence because of Steve’s tenacity, and the vision he had to open up a restaurant with his wildly talent son.
Steve’s passion for hospitality is a very important part of the secret sauce at Blacksmith Italian.
The Best of The Best
There are a number of fantastic places to have dinner in Bozeman, that being said – if you write down a list of the very best places for dinner in Bozeman, that list would not very be long ,and Blacksmith Italian would be on that list.
Last time I had dinner at Blacksmith Italian my magnificent meal included burrata with a tomato bruschetta & grilled focaccia, a delectable plate of On the Rise bread, butter, & a wild ramp pesto, grilled Spanish octopus, Certified Piedmontese beef tenderloin with marrow gravy, Kimm’s Organic roasted potatoes & creamed kale, and a butterscotch budino with Montana caramel sauce, sea salt, & vanilla whipped cream.
