Sashimi Bar – When You Go To
Bozeman Montana

Hidden inside of the Bozeman Hotel building in downtown Bozeman is one of the greatest culinary experiences you will ever have.

Please Note : This one-of-the-best-meals-of-your-life experience is not for everyone.

When you make your reservation you are told:

“All bookings are for a 5:30 pm seating at the bar. You are reserving an “omakase” sushi meal; that means you are putting your trust in the chef to serve you the best they have to offer. Most of the meal is prepared right in front of you, and this is part of the adventure. Please allow at least a couple hours for the full experience.

The base price of your dinner is $100, and any drinks, add-ons or gratuity beyond that is at your discretion.

If you need to cancel, for any reason, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. For parties of five or more, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up for your reservation, we will ban you from the restaurant for life.

We are not a standard restaurant. The chefs have final say over everything. The customer is not always right.”

None of it Makes Any Sense

Paul and Lance are incredibly gifted chefs and their passion for sushi will take you aback and possibly leave you stunned.

None of it makes any sense – One of the best sushi meals you have ever had is happening in Bozeman, Montana prepared by two chefs who learned the art of sushi  in Lake Tahoe.

Suspend your disbelief and pretend that you are in a real life episode of the Twilight Zone.

My advice – if you are ever lucky enough to get one of the 12 coveted seats at Sashimi Bar – simply sit down, shut up, and hold on for one of the most amazing culinary rides of our life.
